shipping and handling policy

This Shipping and Handling Policy is in accordance with the Terms of Use located on www.eprouvee.com.

All items purchased on www.eprouvee.com are subject to processing and shipment.

I. PROCESSING YOUR ORDER

We aim to process and ship items within 1-2 business days of the order placement date. If your order processing has been delayed, we will reach out to update you via the communication methods provided at checkout. 

Occasionally, there may be delays in order processing. If we are experiencing a delay, information regarding the delay will be posted on our home page, as well as at the top of this policy.

All items are filmed while they are being packaged and sealed. A detailed view of the condition is also included in this video. This is for buyer and seller protection. 

II. CANCELATIONS

Please contact us via email at orders@eprouvee.com as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. If your order has not been processed we will be able to offer you a full refund. Please understand that once an order has been processed and shipped, we are no longer able to cancel. You may review our full return policy Here.

III. SHIPPING FEES

Shipping is to be paid by the customer. All orders over the amount of $250 will enjoy complimentary US standard ground shipping. You may upgrade shipping on any order amount at your discretion. ÉPROUVÉE shipping rates are based on weight and shipment location. We are based out of Las Vegas, NV. We do not currently offer order pickup or delivery. Express options will be available at checkout should you desire to upgrade your shipping method. All shipments include tracked shipping. We will communicate that number to you once your order has been shipped. 

International orders (outside the United States) could possibly be subject to customs fees. These customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

IV. PACKAGING 

All items are packaged very carefully to ensure protection during shipment. If the item purchased does not include the original dust bag(s), we will provide complimentary ÉPROUVÉE dust bag(s). Please note that unless it is specified in the product description, an item does not include the original dust bag, box, authenticity card, or any other extras.

In accordance with our sustainable values, we often use recycled or reused packaging material. Brown boxes are often reused and may have a few cosmetic flaws or originate from other companies. V. SHIPMENT

ÉPROUVÉE is not responsible for any order once it has been shipped. This includes lost parcels, delayed parcels, or damaged parcels. Should you experience any issues with your shipment, please email us at orders@eprouvee.com after viewing the tracking so we can correspond with the carrier and resolve the issue.
