Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase, which is why we allow items to be returned within 14 days of delivery. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment and will be issued once we have processed and inspected the item(s). In order to be eligible for a refund, the item MUST meet the following qualifications:
- Be in the original condition as it was received - please note all items are filmed as they are packaged to verify condition. Shoes must be unworn, signs of wear such as scratching on the soles or stretching of the materials will result in a partial refund appropriate to the condition
- Have the ÉPROUVÉE tag attached and unaltered, shoes must have the sole sticker unaltered or worn
- Include the dust bag, box, and any other accessories it was shipped in/with - if these accessories are not included, the additional packaging charge (if applicable) will not be refunded
If an item does not meet return qualifications you will have the option to
- request the item be returned to you (buyer will pay shipping)
- consign the item with us
- sell the item to us via buyout option
- donate the item to us
Final sale items are not eligible for a return.
