Shipping policy

All items purchased on www.eprouvee.com are subject to processing and shipment. We aim to process and ship items within 1-2 business days of the order placement date. If your order processing has been delayed, we will reach out to update you and give you the option to cancel. 

All items are filmed while they are being packaged and sealed. This is for buyer and seller protection. 

Shipping is to be payed by the customer*. ÉPROUVÉE shipping rates are based on weight and shipment location. We are based out of Las Vegas, NV. We do NOT profit off of shipping rates and the rate pay will be the most cost efficient, yet quality service we can offer. All shipments include tracked shipping. That number will be shared with you once your order is shipped. 

All items are packaged very carefully to ensure protection during shipment. We offer a gift wrapping service that can be selected at checkout ($20 fee).
