We do our best to offer you the absolute best price pre-market price possible. If you'd like to reply to the quote email with a counter, we would be happy to hear your feedback! Otherwise you can disregard the quote email. 

To get a quote for more than one item, please fill out individual buyout applications for each item, since we review items on a case-by-case basis. If multiple items are accepted into our buyout program, we will issue you a single complimentary shipping label to ship all your items at once. 

We do! We offer complimentary, tracked shipping for any and all items accepted into our buyout program.

First of all, yay! Now that you've confirmed you'd like to proceed with the transaction, go ahead and print our the complimentary shipping label we've sent to your email. Simply package your item(s) securely and drop the package off at your nearest carrier branch location. 

In order to ensure there is no damage to any items sent during shipment, it is important to securely package them. We recommend wrapping each item individually in plastic to prevent any weather damage or rubbing of items against each other. Use packing material such as tissue paper or bubble wrap as necessary. Use a sturdy, non-damaged shipping box and make sure to do the shake test after the items are packed to ensure there is no bouncing. 

Please allow at least seven business days for packages to arrive at our headquarters. Once we receive your package we will inspect and authenticate the item(s). Once the item(s) has passed inspection, we will release payment. In some cases, we will offer an updated quote for an item if the condition does not match the information submitted in the application form.
